Cancellation policy

Please read carefully before booking your show or private event at AvantGarden.

*All confirmed reservations are subject to a cancellation fee.

*All cancellations must be submitted in writting.

*There is a 4 day grace period from the day the event was booked, within which a 100 % of the booking deposit will be refunded.

* If a cancellation is not submitted within the 4 days grace period, AvantGarden will keep 100% of the booking deposit.

In the case a booking deposit is not required or the rental fee is waved, a written cancellation letter must be recieved 15 days prior to the event, otherwise the individual or the corporation which booked and reserved the space will be subject to the LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW penalty/charge of $600.
