Cassette Tape will play a marathon set downstairs at Avant, leaving it all on the stage. Upstairs at Avant, We Scare Coyotes, Enloom, Sekoia, and Moths will fill that space between the ears with smooth intensity.
Cassette Tape is more about the experience, than the genre. The band members have a passion that is expressed through the musical connection between them and the audience. In fact, the band name comes from all of the good music that influenced them when music was played on a cassette deck.
Their influences range from classic rock, modern heavy rock, to Spanish folk music. All of this forms the building blocks to the experimental, hip hop, progressive reggae that has the band flexing their musical muscles into a unique sound.
