 //www.weather.com/weather/monthly/77006\n\nFree Radicals is a horn-driven
 instrumental dance band with a commitment to peace and justice, and is the
  13 time winner for &ldquo\;Best Jazz&rdquo\; in the Houston Press Music A
 wards.\n\nThe musical collective plays original music, and is equally at h
 ome playing fundraisers, parties, fund-raisers, art openings, weddings, fu
 nerals, or breakdance competitions. In its 21st year, the band is currentl
 y promoting its 6th CD. Live you will see Free Radicals with two different
  set-ups: the stage band featuring 4 horns, guitar, bass, and drums, or th

  many horns as we can hire. At weddings, we are accustomed to switching fr
