Sorrow, the movie, fundraiser
Lovers of horror films and the Houston arts scene will come together for an unforgettable evening to show their support for Sorrow, the movie, which is the product of talented Houstonians. Sorrow is holding a fundraising event to raise the funds necessary complete the film, which is in pre-production, but still requires funding for production. The budget requires an additional $40,000 in funding, which will be raised through the event at Avant Garden and through a crowdfunding campaign.
The event at Avant Garden is one that promises to put the “fun” back in fundraiser. There will be live music from a local band, several flat screens offering a sneak peek of Sorrow, food in the patio area, and a silent auction.
