Event cancellations made within 14 days of reserving the venue may be eligible to receive a full deposit refund less $100 service fee.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a reservation deposit refund.
Any venue rental agreement, whether made verbally or entered in writing, may be terminated as follows: Either party may terminate the venue rental agreement no later than eight (8) weeks prior to the event date. If the rentee cancels the event, then AvantGarden will retain the non refundable deposit for the cost of the reservation plus 30% of the remaining balance. If AvantGarden cancels the event, then they shall refund the deposit and any prepaid rental amounts to the rentees. Parties are required to give written notice to cancel this event.
Force Majeure: Should any Event be prevented from occurring at AvantGarden due to extreme and unavoidable circumstances affecting the facility, the renters shall not be liable for the remaining balance. AvantGarden may retain the deposit and reschedule the event.
